In this post we will discuss what are Smart Ideas. We will talk about thinking big and following up it a great plan and implement the plan. We will also discuss how to iterate on each step of the way to optimize our efforts to improve the end result.
Once we have a template in place, it can be reproducible and we can follow that template to be able to work on new ideas and make them smarter. We eventually end up with a flywheel with a desired output in mind and each step in process feeding into the next making it richer.
